Kuala Lumpur
– “The continuous harassment levelled at Deputy Education Minister, Datuk P. Kamalanathan is simply ridiculous and absurd. It is clear that he has been targeted and all out plan well set to character assassinate him,” said VT Rajan, Taman Mujur, Kota Raja Branch Chairman.

“Kamalanathan is a capable leader and able to perform his role as a deputy minister to the best of his ability. He has brought much development especially to the Tamil schools since he took office in May 2013.”

“The attacks launched at him clearly shows that unscrupulous individuals with ulterior motives are out to diminish his reputation and remove him from his post,” he continued.

“As far as I’m concerned, he is delivering duties assigned to him well. Of course, no one is perfect, hiccups does occur and everyone deserves a chance to correct themselves.”

“I hope personal vengeance and vendetta should not destroy the future of a promising leader. Let the criticism build a person not destroy him completely,” stressed VT Rajan.
